A Life Saver on our Big Day!
Megan was beyond what I could have imagined from a day of coordinator! She handled every tiny detail and made the whole process incredibly smooth. All of the parents and wedding party got to just enjoy the day because of Megan’s incredible skill and attention to detail. I have never seen a wedding go so smoothly and without hiccups and I attribute that entirely to Megan. No matter last minute changes I threw her way, she was completely organized and handled every change with grace and so much kindness. 10/10. Cannot recommend her more highly!!

Making the decision to work with Megan Biehl for day of wedding coordination was truly one of the best we could have made. Without hesitation, Megan went above and beyond for us. She is kind, a great listener, highly organized, and made every effort to get to know my now husband and I to help create our dream wedding day. My wedding day went one without a single hitch - it was my dream come true & totally stress free. Everything was planned out by me & my sister and Megan allowed our vision to become a reality, She always had good advice, feedback & great problem solving. Working with Megan was a total joy! She is an extremely hard worker and was ALWAYS available to me (even when I probably spammed her texts too much), and was very accommodating with my late night meetings due to my work schedule. She always had an answer to my questions or had the resources to find it. She was diligent about making sure we had a game plan and timeline for the day of. She also dealt with some difficult vendors with class and grace! She was wonderful to my family and truly allowed me to relax and enjoy my day. She even coordinated a complete flip to indoors when there was rain. If I had to give any critique, it would be that we should have planned for an assistant, simply because I had such a big wedding, but she still did GREAT and the day went swimmingly. I highly recommend Megan to anyone who wishes to have someone who will fight for you and truly seek to understand your wishes and dreams for your big day!

From the timeline to the vendor management, to observing crowd control and disaster control, Megan made our Daughter's day, really our weekend, a fairy tale. 5 Star vendor!!

Megan did an amazing job for my wedding day. She handled all the chaos the venue and family threw at her. She listened to all the concerns I had beforehand and was very thorough with the details that we went through. She helped me so much and did great when our wedding day ended up being rainy! She even snapped a few pictures of us to look at afterwards.

Reasonably priced services, professional, and a genuinely kind and friendly person, Megan is THE wedding coordinator. From providing emotional support to standing up to rude event managers, Megan will fight for you and help you have the best wedding day possible. She was very flexible when it came rehearsal times and navigating the stress of pre-wedding meetings. She responds very quickly to texts or emails. During the month leading up to our wedding, Megan juggled family and health emergencies and our wedding coordinating needs. I was beyond impressed (somewhat concerned), but she never made us feel like we were second fiddle. Our venue tried to cheat us out of our rehearsal space and Megan provided support when we had to point them to the contract. The day before our wedding, we were also contracted to set up our reception space. The space was not prepared as it should be, and Megan was on top of it—emailing and calling the event manager. She calmly and kindly explained the situation, and even when the event manager was extremely rude and heated, Megan kept her cool and got everything under control. She made it so my now-husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Additionally, she took my mom’s and my centerpiece and decoration vision and brought it to the next level!!!!! We had designed a simple candle and fake floral centerpiece, but Megan took that vision and ran with it. She added little details with the flowers and candles that we hadn’t even considered. I wish she and her assistant did one last double check on the placecards, as our guests weren’t seated in the correct seats or order. I’d also recommend reminding her if you sent her an email with any additional details (ceremony order, photo list, etc.) close to your date. Even with these little things, her overall service as a wedding coordinator went above and beyond what I expected. Throughout the process, she also contacted and managed our other vendors, providing extra support. She has great suggestions for send-offs (I’m wary of sparklers and so she recommended these no-mess streamers that were a big hit!). Most importantly, she took care of us on our wedding day. From bringing us waters throughout the reception to checking in on our emotional states pre-ceremony to keeping us on timeline—she is incredible. If you are going to invest in one thing for your wedding, invest in a wedding coordinator, specifically Megan! She will make your day (and the month leading up to it) so much more than you can imagine! Megan, thank you! You made our day magical.

We seriously can’t recommend Megan enough. She was an absolute lifesaver for us, I literally can’t and refuse to imagine what it would have looked like without her. We got hit with a winter storm and rain on our wedding day with an outdoor ceremony, but she handled everything amazingly, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our day was absolutely perfect. From the start, she was amazing to work with—so organized, super personable, and always on top of everything. She makes it clear that she truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. She was a great advocate for us, and as my maid of honor said on wedding day “Megan is on fire”.

Throughout the planning process, Megan kept us on track with checklists, reminded us of important deadlines, and was always quick to respond to emails or texts. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and we felt supported and stress-free the entire time. Our day was truly perfect, and that would not have been possible without Megan.
